Information we collect
When you submit a trade offer, we may collect your name, contact information, offered-item details, condition, approximate location, shipping availability, estimated value, photographs and any story you choose to share.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to offers, research items, detect fraud or safety concerns, document accepted trades and operate the challenge. Offer information may be reviewed with AI-assisted tools, but decisions are made by people.
What may become public
We may feature an item, estimated value, general location and submitted story only when permission was granted. We do not intentionally publish private email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses or other direct contact information.
Service providers
Website hosting and form-processing providers may process submissions on our behalf. We may also use research, security and AI services when evaluating an offer. We limit shared information to what is reasonably needed for those purposes.
Retention and choices
We retain submissions as reasonably necessary to evaluate offers, maintain project records, prevent abuse and document the trade chain. You may ask us to correct or delete your submission. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal or transaction documentation.
Children and sensitive information
Offer submissions are intended for adults. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account information, exact home addresses or other unnecessary sensitive information through the website.
Privacy request
Use this form to request access, correction or deletion of information you previously submitted.
